Processing Time

We start on your order within 24 hours of receipt. Each piece is made to order and usually takes from 8-15 business days to ship out to you.

Delivery time

As the time to ship may vary from product to product; please pay close attention to shipping times and cost at checkout. You are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases that do not involve damage during shipping. The shipping cost detailed in the product invoice (typically $6.99 within the continental united states) covers the cost of shipping your items to you. The initial shipping costs and product prices do not cover the cost of returning items to Wimziy & Co.. You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us. If you qualify for free shipping this also does not cover the return shipping costs. After placing your order, You will receive a confirmation email. And, once the order is processed, you will receive a second email with the tracking and delivery information of your package.
